Request FabRigar Account Deletion

If you no longer wish to use FabRigar, you can request permanent deletion of your FabRigar account and the data associated with it.

If you can access the FabRigar app, we recommend using the Delete Profile option in your profile menu. This provides an account-owner verification step before deletion.

If you cannot access the app, you can submit an account deletion request by email using the button below.

Submit a Deletion Request

Send an email to our privacy contact with the following information:

The mobile phone number registered with your FabRigar account
Your FabRigar name or shop name, if available
A clear statement that you want your FabRigar account permanently deleted

For security purposes, we may request additional information to verify that the deletion request belongs to the account owner.

What Will Be Deleted?

Once your account deletion request has been verified and processed, FabRigar will delete the account information and application data associated with your account, including, where applicable:

Your FabRigar profile
Your projects
Your products and product configurations
Associated project and product data
Other application data associated with your FabRigar account
Your FabRigar authentication account

Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate purposes.

Important

Account deletion is permanent. Once the deletion has been completed, your FabRigar account and associated application data cannot be recovered.

If you have important information stored in FabRigar, make sure you no longer need it before requesting permanent deletion.
