FabRigar (the “App”) is a mobile application published by AppWerks (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, why we collect it, how we use and store it, and the choices and rights you have over it.

By creating a FabRigar account or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: The mobile phone number you register with, and the name or shop name you choose to provide. Your phone number is used to create and sign in to your account.
• Content you create: Your FabRigar profile, projects, products, product configurations, and other data you enter or upload while using the App.
• Device and technical data: Basic device and app information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and timestamps, used for compatibility, security, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnostic data: Crash reports and error logs generated when the App encounters a problem, so we can diagnose and fix defects.

We collect only the information needed to operate the App and provide its features.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create, authenticate, and maintain your FabRigar account.
• To store and sync your profile, projects, products, and product configurations.
• To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the features of the App.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To respond to your support requests and other enquiries.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to serve third-party advertising.

4. Service Providers

We use third-party infrastructure providers to run the App — for example, for authentication, cloud data storage, and crash reporting. These providers process information only on our behalf, only to the extent needed to deliver their service to us, and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

5. Legal Disclosure

We retain your account information and content for as long as your FabRigar account remains active, so that your data is available to you when you sign in.

When your account is deleted, we delete the associated account information and application data. Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate purposes.

7. Your Choices and Rights

• Access and correction: You can view and update your profile and content at any time from within the App.
• Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and associated data using the Delete Profile option in your profile menu, or by submitting a request to our privacy contact.
• Withdrawing use: You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your account.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction, including encrypted connections to our services and access controls on stored data.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep access to your mobile device and phone number secure, as these are used to sign in to your account.

9. Children’s Privacy

FabRigar is intended for business and professional use and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be stored and processed on servers located in countries other than your own. Where information is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it continues to be protected in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our practices, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Where changes are significant, we will provide additional notice through the App. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
